Noted soul music arranger, conductor, and producer, Ron Foster is premiering a film of vintage concert performances and interviews with soul music greats, including the Delfonics. Jerry Butler, Enchantment, Tavares, Ray Goodman & Brown, and McFadden & Whitehead.  In addition to the film, attendees of this premier will also see, performing on stage, Smoke’s Ebonys and Joel Katz & the Dynamics.  It takes place at 4:30 – 8:30 PM, July 10 at the Williams Center, 15 Sylvan Pl, Rutherford, NJ.  General admission tickets are $35 plus fees and are available by clicking Tickets.    We reached out to Ron Foster who told us, “The film is made up of Soul artists video-taped at live concerts along with backstage interviews of some of the artists who have passed on since 2003.  Seven of twenty-four of the groups we recorded are featured in this first segment! I personally edited the film and also participated as conductor/musical transcriber for most of the Artists.  This 1st segment is about 2 hours long.
