About Norman Seldin
A consummate entertainer, Stormin’ Norman Seldin’s storied career has taken him from bars and juke joints to Madison Square Garden and the White House. His style combines his deep appreciation for American Roots music with his classical upbringing, starting with piano lessons at the age of 3. His work led him to be credited as one of the originators of the Sound of Asbury Park, a blend of Rhythm and Blues, Rock, Pop, Doo-Wop, and Jazz synonymous with the Jersey Shore in the ‘60’s that birthed a musical movement.
