Working with the Asbury Park Museum, in December 2021, Classic Urban Harmony curated and installed the pop-up exhibit, “One Voice Is Not Enough: Asbury Park’s Musical Diversity Since 1871” in the lobby of the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The exhibit consisted of 6 retractable banners telling the story of Asbury Park’s first 100 years of music, plus two display cases of artifacts and two monitors, each running repeating slide shows of Asbury Park musicians and singers. The reception brought a couple hundred visitors including many local celebrities. The exhibit is currently still viewable at 1401 Ocean Avenue, Asbury Park.
