On Sunday, August 27, the Goodfellas DooWop Club will present “A Grand Tribute to the Doo Wop Legends, featuring The Chimes (with Dennis Dell, playing tribute to Lenny Cocco), Blue Velvet (the songs of the Moonglows), Come Go With Me (a salute to the Del Vikings) and Frank Frizalone (the Frank Sinatra songbook). Plus, a special appearance by George Kerr. Doors open at 12:30. It takes place at El Rey IV, 75-16 Rockaway Blvd, Woodhaven, Queens, NY. Presented by Jackie Nunez, Warren Tesoro and host/MC Alex Augustine.
