Classic Urban Harmony’s Pam & Charlie Horner will be special guests on Night Train Jim Bakay’s “Sound Of The City” radio program, on Saturday December 10, 2016, from 9 AM to Noon (Eastern Standard Time).  The program can be heard locally on WRDV-FM 89.3 FM (Warminster/Hatboro, PA); 107.3 FM (Philadelphia, PA); 97.1 FM (Bensalem, PA); WLBS-FM 91.7 FM (Bristol/Levittown, PA).  It can be heard elsewhere on the Internet at www.wrdv.org/.  Tune in to hear a great selection of vocal group sides, including recordings from our archives that are not getting played anywhere else.  For instance, we’ll be playing a 1930’s era 78 RPM from Japan of a Japanese vocal group singing “Tiger Rag” in the style of the Mills Brothers.  We’ll have a selection of R&B, Doo Wop, Soul and Gospel vocal groups that will impress both hard core collectors and casual vocal harmony fans alike.

We don’t make very many radio appearances, so be sure to mark your calendars.
