Screening
of Documentary, "A Lesson in A Cappella"
Garwood NJ Public Library, May 23, 2012
On May 23, 2012, Classic Urban Harmony was at the
Garwood Public Library to facilitate a free screening of the one-hour documentary film, "A Lesson In A Capella".
The film contains performances by the vocal groups Choice, A Perfect Blend,
Shades of Soul, Jerry Lawson & Talk of the Town, TruSol and even a cameo
appearance by Charlie Horner. Film producers Keith Lewis and James Power
of the Visual Communications Group were there to discuss how and
why they made the film. The film was both inspiring and informative.

After a lively Q&A discussion, Keith and James surprised us by
presenting us with a plaque for our "many years of dedication and support to
the art of vocal group harmony".
