Doo Wop Acappella Concert
Franklin Park, NJ, July 29, 2012
The Classic Urban Harmony produced July 29, 2012, free outdoor
doo wop acappella concert by Quiet Storm was a big success. Media
weather forecasts of severe thunder storms proved to be wrong and those 150+
people who ignored the forecasts and attended, were blessed with sunny skies
for the entire event. Those who stayed home anticipating rain, missed a
fabulous time and an awesome concert by Quiet Storm. The concert was the
first of many planned events by the recently formed Franklin Township Cultural
Arts Council's Performing Arts Committee. See the CAC's Facebook page at

The event was co-sponsored by Confectionately Yours restaurant (Franklin Park), RE/MAX of Kendal Park and
Classic Urban Harmony LLC. It was emceed by Pam & Charlie Horner.
Quiet Storm sang two great sets including the songs "Don't
Leave Me Baby," "Sincerely," "You're Mine," "In The Still Of The Night," "Will
You Still Love Me Cindy," "Fools Fall In Love," "I Only Have Eyes For You,"
"The Ten Commandments Of Love," "Daddy's Gonna Tell You No Lies," "Oh What A
Night," "Can I," "Some Enchanted Evening" and many many more.
