After singing for the past 65 years, Willie Winfield, legendary lead singer of the Harptones is retiring. Furthermore, Willie’s friends and fans are cordially invited to his retirement gala on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 6 – 11 PM, at the lavish Woodhaven Manor (Ballroom A), 9501 Jamaica Ave, Woodhaven NY 11421. $70 per person includes a cocktail hour with open bar, five course meal, entertainment and dancing. Contrary to earlier reports, this is not a black-tie affair, so fellows, no need for tuxedos.
