This from our friend, Nick at Nite and the NJ Doo Wop and A Capella Society, comes this two day, Doo Wop – Rockabilly Weekend, to raise funds for special needs children and veterans. It takes place at the Paramus Elks Club, 200 Route 17 North, in Paramus, NJ on Saturday August 26 and Sunday August 27. Saturday from 7 – 11 PM the NJ Doo Wop and A Capella Society presents the Tercels and Robin Robbert from the Demensions. On Sunday there’s a classic car show from 11 AM – 3 PM. Also between 11 AM and 6 PM you’ll get to see Sidestreet, RB Express, the Jerseytones, Pete Moscatello from the Dreamtones and Douglas L. Brown Jr. Watch for more acts to be added.
