The South Philly Stringband Club will hold it’s Doo Wop Holiday Party at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 21 at 2820 Porter Street in South Philadelphia. Featured will be the outstanding vocal group, Blue Velvet (featuring Gil Torres) doing their tribute to the Moonglows. Also featured will be Hal Keshner. We assume doors will open at 6 PM, but get there early for a parking spot as this looks to be a full house. Admission is $15 at the door which includes a full buffet. For info call 215-820-6364.
