Classic Urban Harmony
Celebrates Vocal Group Harmony
And the Masqueraders’ 50th
Anniversary
June 10, 2012, Morristown, NJ
Part 2: The Reception and Buffet Dinner
We'd reserved the Morris Museum and Bickford Theatre (www.morrismuseum.org/) from
5:30 until 10:30 PM, knowing that the Museum was open to the general public
until 5 PM. Still the caterer (Encore Caterers,
www.encorecateringnj.com) got there early and started setting up
tables and food and beverage stations. In the attached Bickford
Theatre, our sound technicians were busy connecting equipment. Sound
checks would be conducted just prior to and during the buffet. Singers
arrived early for sound checks. Some guests also arrived early and
gathered in the parking lot. People were anticipating a great evening.
Except where noted, all photos and video were taken by JDV Music and are the sole
property of Classic Urban Harmony LLC.
